Use the specific video or post page, not a homepage, search result, profile, or embedded frame. Remove surrounding text from copied share messages. You can test whether a link is truly public by opening it in a signed-out browser window.
Analyze before downloading
Paste the URL and let the service return metadata and available formats. Confirm the preview and title belong to the intended video. The analysis step does not guarantee that every format will remain available, so choose from the current response.
Choose a compatible result
MP4 is usually the most portable video format. For the free trial, stay within 720p, 10 minutes, and 500 MB. Lower resolutions use less bandwidth and storage and are often sufficient for mobile viewing.
Protect privacy and accounts
A public-media downloader should not need the password for the source platform. Do not upload browser cookies or session exports to an unfamiliar service. Sign in only to the downloader’s own account when required for trial tracking.
Respond to failures safely
If a link is private, removed, protected, region restricted, or unsupported, stop and use the official platform. If only a listed format fails, analyze once more and select another available option. Avoid endless retries and avoid tools that ask you to disable security controls.
