Paid checkout is not currently available on Streamnest. Nothing marked Coming Soon creates a charge, subscription, renewal, or paid entitlement. This policy will apply when Streamnest begins offering paid plans or AI credit purchases.
Before purchasing
Review the plan, included credits, supported tools, renewal period, and any usage limits shown at checkout. Browser-local tools may remain free even when paid AI services become available. A purchase is completed only when the payment provider confirms it.
Refunds we may approve
Subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout, we may approve a refund or correction when:
- the same order was charged more than once;
- a confirmed cancellation was followed by an incorrect renewal charge;
- credits were purchased but never delivered to the correct Streamnest account;
- a material technical defect prevents the purchased service from working and we cannot provide a reasonable remedy; or
- the law in your location requires a refund.
Requests should be submitted promptly through the support contact included with the order receipt. We may ask for the order identifier, account email, date, and a description of the problem. Do not send complete card or bank details.
Credits and completed services
Unused credits may be eligible for a refund when the purchase otherwise qualifies. Credits that have been reserved and successfully consumed for an AI task are generally non-refundable because the processing service has already been delivered. A provider failure that does not produce a successful result is handled through the automatic credit-refund rules shown in the product.
We may decline requests based only on a change of mind after credits or paid processing have been used, dissatisfaction with an AI result that was technically delivered, inability caused by an unsupported browser or file, abuse of the service, or purchases made through an unrelated reseller.
Subscriptions and cancellation
When subscriptions become available, cancellation will stop future renewal at the end of the current billing period unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically refund a period that has already begun or benefits already used. Any different trial, renewal, or proration rule will be shown before purchase.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider and payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times are outside Streamnest’s control. Taxes, currency conversion, and provider fees are handled according to applicable law and the payment provider’s rules.
Contact readiness
Before paid checkout is enabled, Streamnest will publish a monitored support contact in the site footer and purchase flow. Until that contact is live, there is no paid Streamnest order that requires a refund request.
